Terms and Conditions

An executed contract outlining details of the project, along with a 25% deposit, is required to begin work on your project. A Confidentiality Agreement will be executed by both parties.

Detailed timesheets will be provided with each invoice. Clients will be billed separately for any stationary, postage, long-distance phone charges, and other incidental purchases made in the course of the project work.

Invoices are due and payable upon receipt, by either personal or cashier’s cheque. Payment in full must be received before the project will be released to the client.
